How does the fixed fee work?
We review your tender documents and provide a fixed-fee quote before any work begins. The fee is confirmed in writing — you won’t receive an invoice for more than quoted. A 50% deposit is required to commence, with the balance due on delivery of your draft response.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We guarantee a submission-ready response that addresses every evaluation criterion. We cannot guarantee a win — no ethical tender writer can — but we do guarantee the quality of the work. If your response doesn’t meet the brief as scoped, we’ll revise it at no additional cost.
How quickly can you turn a tender around?
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from completed briefing. For urgent tenders (under 5 business days), an expedited rate applies — contact us to discuss availability before the deadline.
Are these prices all-inclusive?
Yes. The fixed fee covers all writing, formatting, compliance checks, and one round of revisions (two rounds for Government tier and above). There are no hidden fees. Pricing is GST-exclusive — GST is added to all invoices.
Can I start with a single tender before committing to a retainer?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a single fixed-fee tender to experience the process, then move to a retainer once they see the results. There is no obligation to commit to ongoing work.
