Ninety seconds, and three questions.
A capability statement is the most reused document in a civil business and usually the least deliberate. It gets read for about ninety seconds by someone deciding whether to put you on a list — and most statements spend those ninety seconds on company history instead of answering the three questions the reader actually has.
